Abel exceeded my expectations. I called Abel because my PC when turned on went to a black screen. He fixed the problem and now it turns on lightning fast. Abel cleaned up clutter, installed Microsoft 365, downloaded printer driver so I could scan, set up external hard drive to back up monthly.
