Unprofessional and dismissive I contacted this company for a formal quote, but they flat-out refused to provide one. The reason? They told me they didn't want to "waste time typing it up." It is incredibly unprofessional to treat potential customers as a burden. If they can’t be bothered to provide a simple written estimate, I certainly wouldn't trust them with the actual work. Avoid if you value your time and expect basic respect.
