- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For a chef, continuing education is having an idea at any given moment, going into your kitchen at home, and working to make that idea a culinary reality. I am always getting these ideas and trying something new.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with the art of cooking in high school. It was something that i was always good at so I wanted to study it and learn how to do it like a professional.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
When hired as a personal chef, I will do the grocery shopping, requested daily meal prep which is usually breakfast, lunch and dinner and on site catering for dinner parties.
