Josh earned my business as he followed up on his original visit with upfront pricing. He also offered several stone companies to choose our countertop material and color. Final install was very quick and professional. 5 Star rating without second thought. I also liked Josh as a person not just a worker coming into our home. Great guy! Also, he earned my trust, which does not come free.

Update: finally got the kitchen all done and have included a photo so you can see the counters with everything completed. Just needed kitchen counters for a small kitchen in three pieces. Was a fairly simple small job, which was a catch22 as it meant not everyone I reached out to wanted the job or was trying to force me to fit their schedule. I reached out via Thumbtack and Josh got back to me very quickly. He was able to use the dimensions and details I gave him to get a rough estimate and then confirmed the price, as well as showed me options, two days later when he came for the real, free estimate. Once I agreed to the work order it only took a few days to get the pieces fabricated, sink hole cut, and installed. Overall a solid job, easy communication, and very fast turnaround. Went with solid white quartz, which I would highly recommend, as well as, I would definitely recommend choosing Roman Stone Surfaces.

Unfortunately, the only positive was value. They definitely have very reasonable prices. However, the installation had a lot to be desired. First off, Josh couldn't make it to the site, so he let me know that he'd be sending two workers. As it turned out, only one showed up, who barely spoke English. I informed Josh of this situation, and truth be told he wasn't aware that his worker showed up alone. It is impossible for just one person to install a countertop, even a small one like mine was. So, the guy went out and found help from a total stranger who happened to do some work in my neighborhood, totally unqualified to the job! They wrestled literally with the countertop and finally got it in place, but in the process managed to scratch a door casing and worse, my brand-new cabinet which was installed just hours before!
