Excellent customer service; state of-the-art high tech creativity in regard to design, proportions, and preliminary schematics. Professional renderings set in your own home are offered and revised as requested throughout the project. Custom carpentry is their jam with extraordinary, upscale results. The job they did on my wall is simply brilliant. It looks so good! As a matter of fact, it kinda looks like something you would see in a showroom. These two guys were phenomenal. They claimed every bit of any mess that they made, which wasnt much and they wouldnt leave until the job was perfect. Two really nice guys who work hard. I highly recommend them the job they did and the price that they gave me was incredible. Im 100% confident that you will like their work too.

If you're in Miami, you know the struggle. Finding a good carpentry or millwork company is very difficult; they're either way out of budget or the quality just doesn't hold up. All these years living here I've always said I'd rather invest in one beautiful piece of furniture than settle for mediocre built-ins. But I needed a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe and had no choice but to start reaching out to several companies I found online and through referrals. I'm glad I did, because I finally found one I can actually trust.Anthony and Handry at Harwood are amazing. From day one they were attentive, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took my sketches and ideas seriously, modeled everything in their design program so I could visualize it properly, and never once made me feel difficult for being picky, which I absolutely was.The finish selection alone was a whole process. I didn't want anything that looked cheap or plasticky, and they were right there with me, taking the time to find exactly the right material and waiting for the right samples to arrive. No shortcuts, no pressure.The wardrobe turned out beautiful. I highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Harwood Carpentry, all pricing is transparent and itemized. Every quote clearly breaks down materials, labor, fabrication, installation, and design work—with no hidden fees. We offer Good / Better / Best options for different material levels (melamine, veneer, lacquer, solid wood) so you can choose what fits your budget. A 40% deposit is required to begin fabrication, with the balance due upon installation. We also offer returning-client and multi-project discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation – We review inspiration photos, measurements, and your goals.
Design Phase – We provide 3D renders, blueprint-grade models, and final measurements.
Material Selection – We guide you through melamine, quartz, oak, LED integration, finger-pull profiles, and more.
Fabrication – All pieces are built locally in Miami with precise shop drawings and high-end hardware.
Installation – Our team installs everything with care and alignment to millimeter accuracy.
Project Tracker – You get access to our online tracker to follow fabrication and installation milestones.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background combines technical design, CAD modeling, workflow automation, and project management.
