- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to work with a lot of different budgets. Names $7.99 (1-5 piece) $7.50 (5-10 pieces) $6.99 (10-20 pieces) Logos $9.99 (1-5 piece) $8.75 (5-10 pieces) $8.25 (10-20 pieces) We are able to digitize practically anything. We charge $30 if we don't have your logo. This is a one time set up fee. ** We give price on request for bulk order over 40+ pieces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss design, details and positioning. We like to lay out options. If this is a logo we will create a sample so the customer can see the work before its put on their clothing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My embroidery techs have been embroidering for 5-10 years. I myself have been in the business for 20 years. We are a team of dedicated embroiderers.
