- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very modest. The price will depend on the amount of pieces, how many stiches and the art. The digitalization of the logo must be in EMB or DST, normally the cost is between $25 to $50. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I need to understands exactly what the customer is expecting of me. Furthermore, I must make sure that the outcome I have in mind concurs with the outcome that the client is expecting of me.
