- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base pricing on customer needs, have different rates, from private, to group classes, to package prices. Basically I work with my customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting to know what my new client is looking for, I set up a meeting , usually a discounted price class and we take it from that point on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have AA Dance and Arts, Zumba Certification, current member of Sikan Afro-Cuban Dance Project , many years as a dance instructor, stage experience in various dance styles, plus I keep myself up to date when it comes to music selection and performance gigs. etc
