I have a HP Pavilion PC that started giving all kind of me problems so I decided to take it to a near by computer technician for a check up. He charged me a very high fee just to let me know the malfunction of my pc and then some more money to fix it. It works better at first and not too long another problem prompted me to comeback to that place again. This time another fee to check it out and the subsequent charge for the repair. And again it worked perfectly for a short period of time before made me wonder about the amount of money paid for nothing! So, I decided to put it off and I started looking for another options to solve my problem. I refused to buy a new one and a second hand was also a risk that I do not want to take. During that period of time I got in contact with Hernan Lopez at Church and we started talking about different subjects than computers. Since I relay on computers to do my job I remember my new friend every time I looked at my damage pc. Finally one day I decided to call Hernan and let him know about the problem I have with my pc. He suggested to bring it for a couple of days to find out if there was a reasonable solution. When he called some days later to come over to pick it up I just could not believe it was working again! I do not remember exactly the kind of problem it had neither what he did to fix it. But the best part was the reasonable fee he charged me! Ever since I did not experience any more problems with my machine. It works perfectly!!! Therefore I recommend Hernan Lopez to whoever has a computer problem. He is not only a professional computer technician but an excellent and honest person!
