My name is Richard Heinz. I am a Master Dog Trainer and Dog Behavior expert. I love dogs! I get so excited as each new program starts and I can meet a new dog and their owners. I give 100% to every owner and I enjoy watching the dog evolving and enjoying the training as much as I do.
Customer service is my number one priority. Most of my business is referral based because of not only the success of my training techniques but because I truly care about the dogs I train and their family! I have been working as a professional dog trainer for 20+ years and I have dedicated my life to making amazing relationships between the dogs I train and their owners. I volunteer and work with shelter dogs to make them more adoptable in an effort to eliminate dogs being put down for lack of proper training. I am looking forward to meeting you and your dog!

Rich is amazing! We have a 1-year-old Boxer that was not only mischievous at home but had recently turned dog-aggressive after being attacked in a dog park....
We were at our wits end trying to correct our pups behavior at home with positive reinforcement gleaned from two previous trainers... not to mention heartbroken to see our pup go from a dog-friendly goof-ball to a dog-aggressive pup... so we decided to contact Rich- we were skeptical about the e-collar at first, but after testing it out there was no denying the success and positive change in our pup with Rich's guidance and the e-collar.
Although, the training has been tough on us (training humans is def harder than training pups) we've seen excellent results- our pup has significantly improved at home and he is easing his way back into dog parks...
So if you're in need of some help this is your guy!

The best results for my 2 puppies! We tried different trainers but nothing seemed to work until we met Richard. Now my 2 dogs are really starting to obey!

We hired the Miami Dog Whisperer to help with our dog's separation anxiety. We are still undergoing training sessions, but our dog has been making great progress. Richard is really knowledgeable and a great teacher.

So far he has been excellent in addressing the issues I hired him for. I’m very impressed w the techniques, knowledge and execution of a plan of attack to correct my dogs issue. This has been money well spent. Your dog learns bc he puts them in position to do so. Dogs need to face their issues and he puts them in the environment needed to address those issues.

We don't have a one size fits all program. Therefore, our prices vary depending on each case individually. However, we have many options and we can fit into any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak to a new client over the phone to get more information so we can personalize a program to fit their needs and wants. We can do a FREE evaluation over the phone. In person evaluations also available upon request.
