You will love the work of Mr. Rojas at Superior Doors and More. I had him install a new window and new jalousie glass panes and was so impressed that I am having him replace a front door and repair the handles on several of my other jalousie windows. You can't go wrong with Mr. Rojas!

My experience with Superior Doors was Awesome! They were helpful from the beginning and were very transparent with every single detail . We changed are front door of my house and I'm very happy with the craftsmanship of the Door. Are installers name was Lidiel he was very professional from the beginning to the end he is very efficient and attention to detail once he was done he would clean up. Are experience with Superior Doors was phenomenal keep up the good work I highly recommend them.

Lidiel did an excellent job installing my door. Had it not been for the other issues I would have given him 5 stars. The process took much longer than originally anticipated; however, much of this was due to COVID. My major complaint is that I had to request a refund of the door and deposit before he would actually contact me to set up the job. On the day he was supposed to start work, he hadn’t properly prepared, he was 2.5 hours late, and he hadn’t scheduled the necessary inspections to be able to complete the job on time. In addition, rather than installing the door handles, he taped over the holes in the door at the end of the first day and didn’t understand why it was unacceptable to leave it this way overnight. His excuse to me was “if I can get away with something, with the customer knowing, I will.” He did end up installing them but only after I told him that was unacceptable and I would do it if he didn’t. He brought a new employee with him and told him all the ways he could cut corners if there was no permit. On the final inspection, he didn’t include all of the necessary paperwork, and then hounded me to pay him for an incomplete job. His work is sound. His professionalism and integrity leave much to be desired and if you don’t mind struggling to contact him, following up on his work to make sure he isn’t cutting corners or “getting away with something” and having to give him more time than you expect because of his disorganization, he isn’t bad.

Great service, weren't around the Bush about anything. Im very pleased with their work. Im glad that there is still great customer service in Miami. I'll recommend them to anyone, my favorite part was no hidden surprises and far from scam artist. They told me how it was and final.
