Moses the technician went above and beyond for the job. I asked for my HVAC ducts to be cleaned and he arrived early and cleaned professionally. My old dryer vent fell apart and he went out of his way to fix that for me and cleaned the vent.

I found Green Ducts HVAC through Thumbtack...very happy I did. First time, normal to be skeptical and all, however, the responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and overall answers from Michael were the deciding factors. Michael provided a great package, scheduled for the service, and as expected, his POC (Jonathan) contacted me 30 mins before arriving...What was said and delivered were right on. Jonathan knows his stuff, very professional, always working with a smile and great sense of humor. Townhouse is much cleaner (all ducts, along with chimney)...from start to finish...along with warranty....Great Job! It's good to know there are still honest friends in our society. Yes, I was very surprised, however, after meeting Jonathan and watching him do his work...I trust that he is making sure our townhouse is cleaner for my family and younger brother's (young daughter and expecting baby). Thank you Michael and Jonathan.
