- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a customer is; usually I'm contacted by the customer looking for a service I provide, I would then give them an over the phone estimate if I'm provided with enough information or I would schedule with the customer to come out to do a free estimate, finally if my estimate is accepted, I would schedule a start date with the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We Specialize in: Safety Checks For Reconnection of Power, Code Violation Corrections, Openning permits or Closing out Expired Permits, Trouble Shoot of faulty wiring, Electrical Panel and Meter Can Upgrades, Fan Installations, and Chandelier Installations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who is licensed to do what they do because they actually worked out in the field working hands on, took classes and passed them, and took an licensing board exam and prove they deserve to hold a license performing the work that they perform.
