Giuseppe was quick to respond to my initial request, and was informative as to what the service is he provides & charges. As an older single female with zero knowledge of these things; he answered, explained & confirmed everything prior to installing. He went above and beyond, and had a lot of patience. He also cleaned up well after service was provided & performed the work rapidly but still perfectly. Already booked him for another TV mounting & other electrical work. Thoroughly impressed. Would highly recommend him.
