Hands down the best photographer I’ve ever worked with! Benito is incredibly professional, punctual, and most importantly, patient. I loved that I had the freedom to bring my own ideas and poses for my graduation photoshoot, and he was more than happy to help bring them to life. His rates are affordable, and the quality of the photos blew me away. I had been searching for a photographer I felt truly comfortable with, and Benito was the only one who checked every box. He even welcomed my family to join in some of the shots, which made the experience even more special. Seriously, book with him you’ll absolutely love the results. Dear Ms. Rausenbaum, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I truly regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially for such an important and meaningful occasion for your family. As the second photographer at the event, I want to provide clarity from our perspective and respond to several points you mentioned. First and foremost, Benito informed you prior to the booking that he was a beginner photographer. Despite that, you decided to move forward with the last-minute booking, which we genuinely appreciated. We made every effort to accommodate the short notice—driving over an hour and a half, rearranging prior commitments, and bringing in an additional photographer at no extra charge, to ensure we could cover your event as best as possible. While we initially agreed on a 3-hour session, we were actually on-site for close to 5 hours due to early arrival and unexpected delays. Despite waiting outside for 30 minutes and further delays before the session began, we never brought this up as an issue until now, and we did not request additional compensation. Regarding the photography itself: We did our best to capture both posed and candid moments. However, some challenges arose—particularly with low lighting at the restaurant, which made it difficult to capture every shot with ideal clarity. Your daughter’s jump shots were requested without prior discussion of action photography. We made several attempts to capture the moment as best as possible, but lighting, timing, and space constraints impacted the results. You initially stated your priority was immediate family, and we focused accordingly. If there was a misunderstanding about including every guest and specific moments (like the cake or friends), we sincerely apologize. We relied on the information provided to us during the event. The number of edited photos you received was based on quality control to ensure we shared only the best. However, upon your follow-up request, we did send the full collection of unedited images as promised. If for any reason they did not reach you or there were technical issues in delivery, we would be happy to resend them. We understand your frustration and disappointment, especially given how meaningful this event was to you and your parents. That said, we approached this job with professionalism, flexibility, and good intentions. We’re genuinely sorry you feel the results did not reflect that. If there are any unresolved requests or missing files, I am more than willing to assist with resending images or clarifying anything else.
