Hands down the best photographer I’ve ever worked with! Benito is incredibly professional, punctual, and most importantly, patient. I loved that I had the freedom to bring my own ideas and poses for my graduation photoshoot, and he was more than happy to help bring them to life. His rates are affordable, and the quality of the photos blew me away.
I had been searching for a photographer I felt truly comfortable with, and Benito was the only one who checked every box. He even welcomed my family to join in some of the shots, which made the experience even more special. Seriously, book with him you’ll absolutely love the results.

In talking w Benito he was genuinely thankful that we were giving him that opportunity to use him for my parents 80th and 85th surprise party. I suppose that should have been a red flag that he was a beginner photographer. We had him and his “colleague” come to the house prior to the party to take family portraits and then to the restaurant where we had the party. I was explicit in what I wanted. Who I wanted photos of most, who I needed to make sure we got pictures together with, etc. He promised me I would be more than happy with his work. Let me start with the portrait at our home. Benito (the main photographer) was taking pictures from the side, and his colleague was taking them from the front. I am pretty well-versed in photography, and since my father is older, he was sitting down in the pictures and we were standing above him. His colleague who is taking the pictures head on was on his knee. Which should be fine if he was not 5 to 6 feet away. I knew the pictures were going to have us looking down so I asked him to stand up and take pictures head on. We then moved on to the restaurant and I was constantly telling them where to move to get the right picture. They never seem to know where to be standing to get the best and easiest shot. I gave them for warning when the cake was coming out because I wanted to make sure that we had pictures of them with the sparklers with the cake. Yet the cake comes out and they are not in front. They are directly to his side with people sitting in front of them. I then had to quickly motion them to go in front of my parents to get the picture. They were with us for just under 4 hours. He said he took 1000 pictures. I received 36 pictures. I received most portrait pictures from the Side as my assumption is that the front pictures that his colleague took did not come out well and I think I received maybe five pictures from the actual party. Not one picture of the cake, not one picture of them with their friends, (which I had each one of their friends take individual pictures with my parents) and the few pictures he sent me of just my husband and I with my children were blurry. I literally have hundreds of pictures of her that are clear as day of her, jumping on my iPhone. She did a backbend and stayed in that position for over 10 seconds and again could not get a clear shot. Again, these were motionless pictures standing still or in a pose. I don’t know how that is actually possible if you were using a professional camera even on the automatic mode. They had my
Daughter jump up in the air about 20 times. They never got the shot without it being blurry. I have literally hundreds of pictures Those pictures I have asked for multiple times and have not received. I am devastated that I used them as I wanted to make my parents a book of their party and I have no pictures of it. I should’ve taken the pictures myself on an iPhone and I would’ve had the pictures that I wanted. Well, some of the portrait shots from the side angle are nice. I am missing a ton of pictures of my parents with their grandchildren. I am beyond disappointed and wish I had actually been able to pay them with Amex so I could fight discharge. We have gone back-and-forth and they told me they were going to send me 1000 unedited pictures and now they will not respond to me nor have they sent me the pictures. I paid them via Venmo, and I don’t know what my recourse is but I am going to try and fight this until Iger my pictures .
