- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal at Solo Mio is to give you the best product at the best price. We know we are not always going to be the cheapest, but we did say Quality at the best price. We want clients to know that if we are out of their budget, please just reach out to us and let us give you a consultation and customize something in line with their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is easy.... we want every client to provide their contact and best time to reach. We will then reach out and answer questions and reinsure them that we can exceed all their expectations. Once client agrees, we will send a detailed summary/invoice and details all the services promised. Client leaves a deposit and date is secured and on our official schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a Photographer, we don’t typically go through formal training, but at Solo Mio, we have the formal and career experience. We are so experienced, that we work as mentors for other aspiring Photographers and artists.
