I am located in the Miramar/Miami area. I was faced with a horrible situation as I had a large rat in my kitchen. I was terrified and afraid. A friend of mine told me about A True Professional, LLC so I gave them a call. Mr. Ron B came out and was able to put down traps. He was able to capture the rat and returned within 24 hours and removed the animal. I was very satisfied with his services as he was prompt, was thorough with explaining the process to me, and was quick to respond once the animal was caught. He made my day. I would highly recommend his services to others. He was also groomed nicely with a uniform and very professional.
