- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the plumbing issue. Many minor repairs can be quoted quickly once I understand the problem. I aim to provide fair, transparent pricing and efficient solutions. In many cases, issues can be resolved faster when diagnosed correctly the first time. Remote consultation options are also available for troubleshooting and second opinions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by understanding the issue through conversation, photos, or video when available. This allows me to identify the most efficient solution before work begins. My goal is to diagnose accurately, prevent unnecessary work, and provide a clear plan for repair. Customers appreciate a straightforward approach that focuses on solving the problem correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 26 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and commercial environments. I also teach plumbing concepts and system fundamentals as an instructor at Florida International Training Institute (FITI) in Miami. My work focuses on proper system function, code awareness, and long-term reliability.
