The Home Depot team was responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping resolve concerns. Once I reached out, they stayed involved, communicated clearly, and worked hard to keep everything moving in the right direction. You can tell they care about their customers and are willing to step in and make things right when needed. The final result has been a great improvement to the property, and I’m happy with how everything turned out. Overall, I really appreciated the support, professionalism, and dedication throughout the process—especially when it mattered most.

While I am generally a very patient person, I am unfortunately quite disappointed with the service and pricing from this fencing company. The team members were pleasant enough to speak with initially, but the final results and overall experience did not match up with the premium price tag.

They installed my fence about 7 months ago. It took me sometimes to write the reviews, but i can say they did a very good job. Great materials. Good service. My property is in an HOA community. They take care of all of the paperwork and get the work done

Jose Rivera was our sales consultant and he was super responsive and had a wealth of knowledge. He is very approachable and friendly. He came out and gave us a price quote for a wooden fence and a pvc fence, it was obvious to us which fence we were going to choose. We chose pvc and we feel it is the best investment decision we made. Not only does our house look beautiful but the maintenance on a pvc fence is very minimal in comparison to a wooden fence. The installer, Ariel, was the best! He took down our old fence by himself in one day and placed it neatly for curbside pickup. He did an amazing job with the installation of our new fence even with the challenges of the rock that he had to break to dig for the posts and the weather did not cooperate. Hands down one of the best people we have ever dealt with. Along the way, the ladies in the office (Daniela and Danielle) were very helpful and the Service Manager, Claudio, always made sure we had everything we needed and that we were very satisfied. We are so VERY satisfied with our new fence! We feel like we will be the trend setters in our neighborhood as many people have already asked about the fence. We unwillingly waited two years for our new fence but I must say that the wait is so worth it! Thank you The Home Depot Fencing, we love it and appreciate you in every step in the process!

Cary responded immediately to our request for a quote and made an appointment to meet with us the following day. He was both friendly and professional as he accessed our property for fencing and clearly explained to us how how our fence would be installed along with the county and HOA requirements. We have done business with The Home Depot for years and have absolute confidence in them, this along with their representative, Cary, gave us good reason to select THD for our fencing project.
