This was by far the absoloute worst experience I've ever had. Hiring William was the classic "bait and switch" situation. We made an appointment for William to install my kitchen cabinets on Monday morning at 10:00AM. Instead, someone else who didn't even speak fluent English showed up (unfortunately I don't speak Spanish). In our communications, William told me he would be the one coming and that it would take one day. When I called him to ask why he wasn't the one who came to do the job, he spoke to me very rudely and told me that he's a contractor and he doesn't do the work himself. He also then changed his story and told me the job would now take several days (even though it's a TINY kitchen). I expressed that I was dissatisfied because that's opposite of what he had previously told me. He told me to "go find another contractor" and then hung up the phone on me. Also, he is NOT a licensed contractor - I just checked on myfloridalicense.gov. People, please BEWARE and do your homework before you hire someone to come to your home. I'm guessing that these 11 positive reviews he has were written by his friends. Shame on you William!

Hi Alexandra. I'm confused by this review for several reasons. In our correspondence, I never stated that it would be me specifically working the job (I have several more than qualified employees). Additionally, the employee I sent does not speak Spanish, so Im not sure who you talked to or met with. In any case, Im disappointed that our interaction was less than ideal but I wish you the best of luck with your future home projects.

As far as contractors go, Willie was amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable about what he does. We were on a very tight budget and he was able keep us on and (under) our budget! He was very patient with my numerous design changes (he remodeled our kitchen, master bathroom and bedroom). He was also able to make every wish I had come through (and trust me there where a lot of them). Our master bathroom was the most difficult layout and hardest to design, but he never game up and now my husband and I couldn't be happier! He gave us a project time line and schedule and whenever there where potential hick ups, he always let us know ahead of time and came with solutions! (You can't beat that!). I would hire willie and his team for every project I have moving forward! He and his team where the most professional, courteous, reliable and honest group of contractors I've ever worked with!
If I haven't said it to you in person enough, I'll say it again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
