Our school had a Dinner & Silent Auction Fundraiser on Sept. 27th for 150 people. Mark and his team were very flexible and accommodating. They worked with us every step of the way. They gave us a great price and the food was perfect. We already booked them for another event.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I always read. I often check out books at the library and study about different cultures cuisines. I also watch a lot of you tube of cooking techniques and recipes. Oh.. and I eat.. A lot. #foodie

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a job on 9/27/14 at the Faith Fellowship Church in Homestead, Fl. Approx. 80 people attended with a show and auction included in the sale of the ticket. Plated menu included a grilled chicken breast with season vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. Assorted pies and a salad course.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We are a small, quiet, and efficient group that are very dedicated and passionate about what we do. With different cuisines and styles available we strive for the customers vision.
