This depends on the particular job and client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a consultation so I can learn the clients needs. Next I create a menu and with the clients approval, I then shop and cook meals for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained as a pastry chef from The New York Restaurant School. Most of what I know about plant based has been self taught over the years.
