Connected with this TT “pro” on April 20, 2023. After texting back-and-forth in the app and agreeing on price and on the date and time of installation, he stated he would send me the appointment confirmation through the app as well as additional photos of his installations. That did not occur. Instead, I was ghosted. Then the following week I received a request to leave a review! A review of what? Unfortunately, it has continued to be my experience with TT that the companies on it do not prefer to send appointment confirmations through the app. Instead, they ask for your number and reach out to you directly to set up the appointments. When you request it (set up project & appointment via app), they just move on. Frustrating. I realize a low rating on work NOT performed may be unfair. However, it’s the only choice given. Suggest that TT create a review feature where you can select. “no-show“ or “no follow up“ as other options for feedback.
