Great work, efficient and communication was fast and easy. We needed door hinges to be changed, 3 doors swinging change to outwards and add an electrical outlet in the bathroom. Very satisfied.

I have a Window AC unit that needed cleaning because the drip tray was clogged and full. Water was dripping inside. I contacted Art last evening, he responded immediately and came today to fix my AC. Thus was a challenging job because I rent a bedroom in a friend's home and the space is tight and limited. He worked around the situation like champ. He was very nice to my 2 Toy Poodles and they knew he was good people! He was prompt, courteous, and respectful of the property. I have another project I will be hiring him again. Also, my friends intend to hire him for some projects they need done around the house.
