My experience started off a little rough: the first technician who came out did a poor job. I later learned he quit after my appointment 😭. Martin personally came out to make it right, and the difference was night and day. He was professional, honest, and did excellent work. He helped me brainstorm the design ideas and ordered all materials. Prices were very reasonable, and I genuinely appreciated how seriously he took fixing the situation. I have the best decorated house on the block!

Martin was great to communicate with and quick to put the plan into action, and Pavel (installer) did a great job on a tricky tree with some tough navigation around epiphytes and possums. Highly recommend!!

Martin was absolutely wonderful. He helped me brainstorm several different options from hanging lights to installing Govee lights. Although I ultimately went with a different vendor to install permanent lights, it was not a reflection on Martin. If I had chosen either of the other options, I would have definitely used him. I also shared his contact information with over a dozen friends in my community. I felt he was very honest and will use him in the future if needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on the scope of work I estimate the time needed to complete the job to set your expectations right. In most cases, we do hourly rate but in some cases we can agree on a fixed price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you send your photos, I’ll draw up a quick draft of how the lights could be installed and show you a few lighting options to pick from. Then, I provide my estimate, confirm your preferred date and let you know who from my team will arrive to complete the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked as a handyman since high school, alongside many highly skilled professionals who taught me a wide range of trades.
