We keep our pricing fair and transparent. On-demand work is priced by the job or hour depending on what needs to be done. For recurring maintenance, we offer subscription plans that reduce the cost over time. No hidden fees, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick chat or form to understand the issue or service needed. Then we schedule a time that works for you, show up on time, do the job right, and keep you updated if anything changes. After that, we’ll suggest a long-term plan only if it makes sense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring decades of hands-on experience managing service operations, combined with a strong background in systems thinking and quality control. I’ve worked closely with skilled tradespeople across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
