Kris K. says, "Corbin replaced the thermostat and cleaned the coils, which is what I initially called him for. Unfortunately, it turned out that the system still was not cooling. Corbin came back to inspect it and told me that the compressor was broken and that the blower was not working correctly. However, after I called a different HVAC technician, it turned out that neither of those was actually the issue. It is not a good idea to make assumptions, especially with something like HVAC, where 99% of people do not understand the terminology or how one malfunctioning component can make it appear that another part is the problem when it actually is not."See more
