FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fully transparent and based on quality, safety, and long-term durability—not shortcuts. Every proposal includes a detailed breakdown of labor, materials, and scope so you know exactly what you’re paying for. I don’t believe in surprise fees. If the customer needs value engineering to meet a budget, I’ll provide multiple options without compromising structural integrity or aesthetics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short call or text to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. Then I visit your property to take measurements and discuss ideas and materials. After that, I prepare a clear written proposal with drawings or sketches when needed. Once we approve the scope, I handle permits, inspections, scheduling, and all trade coordination. Throughout the job, I provide constant updates so you always know what’s happening and when.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, which gives me a strong foundation in design, spatial planning, and technical construction principles. In addition to my architectural education, I am also a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), allowing me to integrate both design vision and construction execution in every project. I’m trained in high-end residential construction, structural coordination, finish carpentry, and permitting compliance across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. I’ve worked for years alongside structural engineers, architects, and designers, gaining hands-on experience in project management, scheduling, and quality control on luxury renovations and new construction.
