Such a great team over at FD&CC! From beginning to end they were extremely communicative, professional and listened to all that we needed and were so incredibly patient when i wanted a few changes! I hired them to remodel my shower in my Penthouse in Miami. It was completed in 3 weeks because permitting took about 10 days. Then my building don’t authorize work on Friday’s They did excellent job. Thank you

It is a flat rate. You do not have to worry about hourly rates and over charging. We focus on serving individuals. Our community & families; That is why we quote and provide services, materials, parts and fixtures at a FIXED FLAT RATE PRICE FOR EACH JOB. No Surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand the customer as a human being. Understand what the customer wants to accomplish or needs done. Then: 1) Do what needs to be done. 2) Do it ON TIME-WHEN it’s supposed to be done. 3) Do the work the WAY IT’S SUPPOSED to be done. 4) Do every job and treat every customer this way EVERY TIME!
