FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the project’s scope, complexity, and specific requirements. We provide clear proposals outlining the services and deliverables included. Professional engineering and architectural services, when required, are coordinated with appropriately licensed professionals and priced according to their scope. Government permit fees, third-party inspections, and other applicable expenses are identified separately when applicable. We believe in transparent pricing, quality service, and delivering value to every client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s needs, project objectives, and existing conditions. We review available plans, reports, permits, and other relevant documentation. When necessary, we coordinate a site visit and establish the appropriate scope of services. Once the proposal is approved, we coordinate the required documentation, permitting process, construction activities when applicable, inspections, and final project closeout. Our goal is to provide clients with a clear, organized, and reliable experience throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is led by professionals with an educational background in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in construction and project management. Varcor Construction holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license (CGC1533720). Our team combines technical knowledge, construction expertise, and project coordination capabilities. For projects requiring specialized engineering or architectural services, we coordinate with appropriately licensed Florida professionals.
