I cannot recommend Víctor Cristian highly enough! I had the pleasure of working with him on my home remodeling project, and he exceeded all my expectations. My house was originally a three-bedroom home, and thanks to Víctor's brilliant ideas, I now have four comfortable bedrooms.
He managed all the necessary permits with the city, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Not only did he build a new fourth bedroom on the upper floor, but he also oversaw the removal of the old flooring and the installation of beautiful marble on the lower level.
Víctor was in charge of designing and remodeling my patio, as well as renovating the bathrooms. He handled everything from hiring skilled personnel to executing the project, purchasing materials, and ensuring compliance with both the homeowners' association and city regulations.
What impressed me the most was his efficiency and attention to detail. Víctor goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work. He also designed and installed custom closets in the bedrooms, laid down hardwood flooring on the upper level, and took care of both the interior and exterior painting of the house.
