- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary depending hair density /extensions in hair or need to be added/ which style the client chooses/travel time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When Im working with a new client and we have not met yet for a proper inperson consultation, depending on which hair service a client is interested in photos of their current hair and desired look/end goal are a great way to get a feel for what the clients needs are and how I can help them get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
