- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $60 per hour with a 2-hour minimum ($120). An on-site inspection or estimate is $120. Larger or clearly defined projects may be priced per project after reviewing the scope. I provide the price before work begins, with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please send a description of the job, photos, the service address, and any scheduling or access details. I review the request, ask any necessary questions, provide an estimate, and schedule the work. I arrive on time, complete the job carefully, and confirm that the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in home repairs and maintenance, including drywall, assembly, installations, and general handyman work. I focus on doing work safely and correctly.
