Travis Briggs was just terrific. As an interior designer for over 40 years I know the ins and outs of a home. I had an issue with a dishwasher leaking and Travis showed up on time, with all the tools necessary (most unusual), and solved the problem through sheer ingenuity. A lost talent in repair work.
I would highly recommend him for any big or small job you have in your home or condo. I am just thrilled to have him on my speed dial and will let folks know in the huge 55+ community where I live that there is someone out there who can do anything from hang artwork to replacing a faucet.
Thumbtack also deserves credit for providing a service that is competent and professional in the world of hit or miss handymen.
I am glad Thumbtack is working so well for both their clients and qualified tradesmen.

Travis was prompt and professional, as well as friendly. He called 30 minutes ahead of arriving. He is an experienced electrician (what I needed help with), as well as general handyman/contractor (I have not yet used him for other projects).

Travis, is an outstanding, detail oriented Property Manager, extremely diverse in all areas of maintaining an estate. He is very conscientious and aware of the inner workings of a home including air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, pools, also very meticulous doing difficult detailed tile work, painting and carpentry as well as demolition. He is a self starter and always willing to go the extra distance and take on projects that could be sub-contracted. Travis is financially conscientious and will do the work himself where possible. A very well rounded, kind person. One of the best Property Managers.
