Pricing is based on scope, complexity, and time required. We focus on quality workmanship rather than cutting corners. Any fees or minimums are discussed upfront, and there are no surprise charges once the scope is agreed upon.

We start with a clear conversation about the project goals and scope. If needed, we schedule an on-site visit to assess details. You’ll receive straightforward recommendations, clear expectations, and a professional plan before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience across a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including installations, repairs, and finish work. I stay up to date on best practices and focus on doing clean, code-aware, and durable work.
