I recently had a floor tile problem. The original tile setters didn't do a great job and now there were problems. Some were cracked, some were hollow and I only had a very limited number of spares left by the builder and I couldn't match them. FG came and analyzed the problem and thought they could repair the floor even with the limited spares. And they did. They made an effort to retain as many tiles as possible and combined with the spares was just enough to complete the job. I had new baseboard and they installed that. The quality of their work is outstanding and I couldn't be happier. Their attitude was friendly, cooperative and professional. I would hire them for anything I need in future. Highly recommended.

The work itself was good overall and the final result looks nice. The installers were professional and completed the job well. However, what I did not like was the pricing situation. I was originally quoted one price, but once they arrived the cost increased by about 40% because they needed to make an extra cut on two tiles. To be fair, I could have said no or tried to negotiate a smaller increase, but I wanted to move forward and finish the project since they had very good reviews. Still, that part felt unexpected and should have been discussed more clearly upfront. Other than that, the quality of the work itself was good.
