Working with Tim of Iron Construction was such a pleasure! He came out for an estimate and started the repairs on the same day. I especially appreciated his patience with my 93-year-old dad who is hard-of-hearing and much slower than he used to be. I am very happy with the quality of his work and look forward to working with him on future projects in our rental unit.
