***Highly recommended!***I think our search for a reliable, honest and skilled handyman in Miami is over. In maintaining our childhood home, we discovered that one of our gates was nearly off its hinges and had rotting wood and also a broken latch. We first called a larger company and got an outrageous estimate. Even worse, that company barely followed up with us, so it was clear they didnt care about us as customers. After thinking (laughably) that we could do the repair ourselves (we can barely hold a drill, lol), I did another search and I stumbled upon Needs Fixing LLC. I called and Kevin answered and asked for photos of the issue and scheduled for the next day.On repair day, he was punctual and jumped right into the repair. He found a solution that will keep that gate up for decades to come. He got the work done quickly and put quality parts on the gate. He gave us a VERY fair price unlike the company we had first communicated with.Sadly, we have struggled for years to find a handyman with Kevins professionalism. I believe our troubles are over. We plan to use him again for projects weve held off on addressing. He is a godsend! Also, if this matters to you, Kevin is extremely personable and has a very positive spirit. He is someone you will feel very safe and comfortable doing business with.

Awesome job. Kevin was on time, very friendly, someone I trust. I can tell he enjoys his work. But Most importantly his price was very reasonable. Also he was neat and clean. He replaced the siding of my garage- see photos Before and after

Very kind, professional, great quality and amazing experience. Kevin was able to fix everything in my home that needed repair. Some companies overcharge and dont complete the job correctly. Kevin is the exact opposite and knows what hes doing. I will forever have someone to call now that I can trust. Thank you again!
