However, I can resolve most software and hardware-related issues remotely — as long as you’re able to provide “helping hands” following my step-by-step guidance and allow secure remote access to your computer. Please note: certain issues cannot be fixed remotely and require an on-site technician. These include: • Computers that will not power on • Liquid or physical damage • Broken screens, ports, or power connectors • Hard drive replacements • Network wiring If your issue falls under one of these categories, please select “Professionals may travel to my address” instead of “This can be done over the phone or internet” when submitting your request.
