I had a very bad experience with PROHOME; the person assisting me is Angella. Every time I file a claim, she denies itregarding cabinets that are coming loose, window frames that are all warped, and loose tiles in the bathroom. When these defects were identified during the inspection, they claimed that the issues would be resolved under the warranty.
Pro Home Solutions Group's reply
Hello J.E., we believe you have reviewed the wrong company. We are Pro Home Solutions Group, a local independent contractor. We have no record of working with you, nor do we employ anyone named Angella or handle warranty claims. It appears your complaint is intended for 'PROHOME' home warranty. Could you please remove this review from our profile? Thank you so much

Pro Home Solutions was fantastic! Andres refinished the bathroom cabinets and did an amazing job. Hes meticulous with his work, reliable and now my bathroom looks new. I highly recommend him. There are not many in this industry that are honest, skilled and show up and get the job done. Thank you Andres for a job well done.

Andres is the definition of a handy man! He did drywall, electrical, painting, hung shelves, and much more in my home and he did it all to perfection. He is very reasonable priced for the quality of his work. I am very impressed and would recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman!

Andres did work for two family members and both were pleased. I reached out to him to remove popcorn from ceilings, paint house and upgrade lighting throughout the house. He came by and gave me a quote and it was detailed and fair. He did excellent work and completed the job within the time frame he proposed. He communicated with me along the way. I highly recommend him as he has integrity and does great work.
