Thank you so much to Property Managed Properly! They picked up a king size mattress from my in laws home from second story floor and delivered to my home! They took it up the stairs with no issues. Extremely kind and my mother in law loved them as well. Every other company was charging almost triple to move one mattress and they beat the price! Great value. I will be using their services again soon.

I need someone to work on a project right away. George was available and worked on my schedule. He went out of his way to complete the project ant a reasonable amount of time and gave me what I wanted. The price was reasonable. The bathroom is looking much better.

Customers should know that my pricing is fair and I always offer discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new customer is to greet myself and see what their problem is. I might ask for pictures or more details to help me determine the right solution. I give the new customer an estimate for my labor. After that I usually set up a date and time sufficient for us both.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was educated at Philadelphia’s Orleans Technical College. I attend the College after I completed high school. I received most of my training from working with my father on his rental properties.
