Customers should know that my pricing is fair and I always offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new customer is to greet myself and see what their problem is. I might ask for pictures or more details to help me determine the right solution. I give the new customer an estimate for my labor. After that I usually set up a date and time sufficient for us both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was educated at Philadelphia’s Orleans Technical College. I attend the College after I completed high school. I received most of my training from working with my father on his rental properties.
