My pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. Standard cleanings follow the platform’s hourly rate, and deep-clean or specialized tasks may require additional time. I always communicate expectations upfront so the customer knows exactly what they’re paying for. For repeat clients, I offer consistent scheduling and time-efficient routines to keep costs low and predictable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick introduction and walkthrough (in person or via message). 2. Identify priorities: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, organization, or deep-clean tasks. 3. Set expectations for time, results, and any add-ons if needed. 4. Perform the cleaning using safe, effective products. 5. Final walkthrough or photo confirmation so the customer can see the results. 6. Schedule future cleanings if they want ongoing service. My goal is to make every first experience smooth, professional, and stress-free.

I am a Carpenter & Building Engineer with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and full home maintenance. This background gives me a strong eye for detail, safety, and cleanliness. I also have years of training in property management, facility upkeep, and professional deep-cleaning standards, especially for rentals and high-traffic units.
