I worked with a lot of vendors on my remodel. I received 5 quotes for this job and I knew instantly that Mr. De Armas was honest and hardworking and took pride in his work. Mr. De Armas completed the job timely, and honesty and excellent quality work are among his strongest traits. His fee was completely fair (no price gouging) and he gave a realistic time frame to complete the job and completed the work timely. As a note, Mr. De Armas speaks Spanish and I speak English and his son was responsive 100% of the time in effectively handling all communications so the job could be completed smoothly. I highly recommend this company for your wood floor refinishing needs.
