Mr. De Armas completed the job timely, and honesty and excellent quality work are among his strongest traits. His fee was completely fair (no price gouging) and he gave a realistic time frame to complete the job and completed the work timely. As a note, Mr. De Armas speaks Spanish and I speak English and his son was responsive 100% of the time in effectively handling all communications so the job could be completed smoothly.
