- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
🌬️ Step 1 – Connection & Intention Setting We begin with a brief conversation to understand your needs, challenges, and goals. Together, we set a sacred intention for your session—whether it’s emotional release, nervous system healing, or spiritual awakening. 🌀 Step 2 – Guided Dynamic Breathwork I lead you through a dynamic breathwork practice designed to safely open the body, release stagnant energy, and activate your natural life force. The rhythm of the breath helps clear blockages, dissolve stress, and bring you into deep alignment. 💎 Step 3 – Integration & Reflection After the practice, we take time to ground and reflect on what came through. You’ll receive space for sharing your experience, along with insights and guidance to help you carry the benefits into your daily life. 🌞 Step 4 – Continued Support Each session builds upon the last. As you continue, you’ll notice greater clarity, resilience, and connection to your true self.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education & Training I have been devoted to the practice of dynamic breathwork for over 9 years. In that time, I’ve worked deeply with my own healing journey, integrating techniques from ancient breathing traditions, modern somatic practices, and spiritual energy work. My training has been rooted in consistent daily practice, guided mentorship, and direct experience in how the breath transforms the body, mind, and spirit. Through these years, I’ve witnessed the breath’s power to: 🌬️ Release trauma stored in the nervous system 🌀 Activate clarity, focus, and heightened awareness 💎 Open the heart to deeper love, peace, and spiritual connection Rather than just theory, my experience comes from living this work—embodying the breath as medicine and walking others through the same path of transformation.
