Welcome to Chi Breath. I’m Nick Carrera, a Breathwork facilitator and 200hr RYT. I’ve facilitated Breathwork for people of many walks of life from CEOs to artists. I can truly testify on the transformational and healing benefits of Breathwork. My goal is to bring more balance and healing through Breathwork and yoga. Breathwork utilizes our vital process of breathing to release old accumulated energy in the body, this process brings about increased wellbeing. My yoga sessions are centered around reducing stress, whether it be pain, anxiety, or fatigue, in body, while increasing strength and flexibility.
