Pricing Information 💫 Each session is $97 If packages are your best option I am able to offer 15%-25% discount depending on the amount of sessions. 3 sessions: 15% 6 sessions: 20% 9 sessions 25%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Assessment: To understand your fitness history, any past injuries and your specific goals -whether that's smashing a new PR, improving flexibility, or mastering bodybuilding form—and we discuss your lifestyle, motivation, and nutritional habits. 2. Tailored Plan: Based on the assessment, I then craft a customized strength and conditioning program that is aligned with your goals. 3. Coaching and Accountability (Execution) The active training phase. As your coach, my role is to be your dedicated motivator. I provide constant feedback on your form to ensure safety and maximize results. I leverage my motivational style to push you through tough sessions, and I make sure our interactions are kind and easy, so you always feel supported. 4. Review, Refine, and Reassess (Progress Tracking) We review your progress every week—the weight lifted, flexibility, recovery, and overall feeling. We then refine the plan based on how your body is responding. My goal is to continually help you tap into your body and realize your full potential so you can sustain these results for life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My credentials include NASM Certification and close to ten years of hands-on training experience. My approach is holistic: I combine specialized strength coaching with deep knowledge of nutritional strategy and injury-preventative flexibility to ensure safety and sustainable gains. Above all, I am a kind, motivational, and dedicated coach committed to understanding you and guiding you to your best physical and mental state.
