- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I value transparency, so there are never any hidden fees. The price we agree on is the final price. I always provide a free estimate upfront so you know exactly what you are paying for. I also offer special discounts for New Customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make this process as seamless as possible for you: - We briefly discuss the project (via phone or message) so I can give you an ETA. - I arrive promptly at the scheduled time. - I complete the work efficiently, treating your home with respect. - We do a final walkthrough together, and payment is only due once you are 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this field for over 2 years. During this time, I have completed Appliaces Repair training and successfully finished hundreds of projects. I stay up-to-date on the latest industry standards and tools to ensure I deliver the best quality work.
