I was in dire need of a home inspection, my home was being put on sale so this is something that was imperative. Nestor is one of the most loyal and professional in this area. Besides being efficient and concise with his final report of my home, it was put together nicely. Everything was legible and precise to what was inspected. Nestor was informative with the few dry wall perks my home was facing. I've finally sold my home and repaired the bits that were in need of attention, I cannot be happier!
