Great initial experience. Very responsive and the cleaner was pleasant, thorough, and punctual. I also appreciated the check list and alignment at the end which made sure my expectations were met (and they are).

The quality of the cleaning itself was excellent! I was genuinely pleased with how thorough the job was. However, the final price was nearly 50% higher than the original estimate for a simple studio, which is completely unreasonable and felt like a blatant overcharge. What truly ruined the experience, though, was the cleaner’s attitude he was rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. I’ve worked with many cleaners over the years as an experienced 5 star Airbnb host, and I know what fair pricing and respectful service look like. This was neither. They treated my basic questions as if I was trying to avoid payment, which couldn’t be further from the truth. I paid the full amount, despite my disappointment—but the way I was spoken to and treated was unacceptable. Unfortunately, reading other reviews, I see a pattern: rather than taking responsibility, this company tends to reply with excuses or justifications. Please know that this review is 100% honest and based on real experience from someone who understands this industry inside and out. The cleaning might be good, but if you value transparency, respect, and professionalism, think twice.
