Introduction: We are new to Thumbtack as a provider but have been in business for over 10 years. We offer maid service along with our cleaning; this includes laundry & fold, home staging and organizing, dishes and turn down service. This offers a complete overhaul of the home and is of no extra charge to the customer. Below you can find a detailed description of what's included: **Bathrooms-jacuzzi, bathtubs, showers; toilets and vedettes are cleaned and disenfected. All surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected. **Kitchen oven(in/out), refrigerator(in/out), cabinets(in/out), all surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected . **Ceilings fans will be cleaned **Walls and baseboards **Floors will be mopped, swept and/or vacuumed **Windows are cleaned **All surfaces will be dusted and sanitized Warm regards, Cynthia Abreu I enjoy the looks on my customers faces when a good job has been completed.

After arriving in Miami for the summer, we opened the door to find our NIGHTMARE of an apartment a FILTHY mess. It was dusty, sticky, dirty and not to mention, infested with ants. Our leaser found us Cynthia and asked her to come clean the apartment describing it as a "small job" that would take about an hour. Cynthia quoted her at $60 to clean the place. When Cynthia got there at 7pm on a weekday, they walked in and were in disbelief. They told us that this was almost a $400 job that needed a deep, DEEP clean and would take hours and they couldn't believe how much they were fooled by our leaser. THANK GOD, they agreed to clean the place for us (and not to mention at a reasonable and very generous $200). After arguing back and forth with our leaser to cover the charger, she told them to "clean if half-ass" and that it "didn't need to be as clean as a hospital". Being professional and again generous, they told us that they would never do a job "half-ass" and certainly did not. Long story short, they were life savors and we don't know what we would do without them!! We were 100% pleased with the results and can't wait to use their services again. was able to accommodate absolutely phenomenal results only fashion at the very last minute request for tonight's event! Very professional extremely courteous second to none thus far from the 5 other companies I've hired in the past year. I would definitely recommend to friends and family Cynthia was more than professional and left my house sanitized and needless to say absolutely spotless...5 stars!

She arrived right on time for the job and left my house sparkling clean . I most definitely needed this since working two jobs very hard to keep up with cleaning my house .
